Vascular and Endovascular therapy

Comprehensive Limb Salvage

Treatment of severe ischemia, claudication and complicated diabetic foot wounds.  Limb salvage is often feasible via a variety of treatments such as angioplasty, atherectomy, stenting, endarterectomy, and bypass surgery.

 

Aortic Aneurysm

Complex Aneurysm management of the thoracic and abdominal aorta offering a variety of treatments including endovascular stent repair, open aneurysm treatment and the latest hybrid techniques.

 

Stroke Prevention

High volume of expert Carotid artery care offering carotid artery stenting and carotid endarterectomy. 

 

Kidney Dialysis Access

Complete care for hemodialysis access including arteriovenous fistula creation, angioplasty, and maintenance, arteriovenous graft creation, dialysis catheter management, percutaneous fistula creation.  Extensive experience and expert care for failed fistulas, vein blockage, arm swelling, and arterial steal syndrome.

 

Embolization Therapy

In-office treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome, uterine fibroid embolization, peripheral tumor, and aneurysm therapy.

 

Chronic Venous Disease

In-office treatment of painful varicosed veins, phlebitis, venous ulcers, spider veins and edema.  Treatment of May-Thurner Syndrome and Iliocaval reconstruction.
